Job Title: Regulatory Support Advisor
Salary: £29,000

We have an exciting opportunity for a well organised, customer facing candidate to join a busy team managing a varied and interesting workload.
Responding to a wide range of queries, you will be instrumental in providing vital and professional support to members and key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities for a Regulatory Support Advisor:

Assisting in managing applications and enquiries from members and firms across regulatory areas

Capturing and accurately recording changes and amendments

Acting as a trusted advisor to colleagues and members to promote solutions to problems

Providing customer support via both the telephone helpline and email and taking responsibility for managing incoming enquiries through to their satisfactory conclusion.
Essential Skills for a Regulatory Support Advisor:

Previous experience in a regulatory role would be advantageous

Strong interpersonal skills

Excellent organisational and time management skills.

Team worker with the ability to work on initiative
