Rate: £200 per day PAYE
Duration: 3-months
This role is a hybrid position requiring 2 days on site mon+tues.

Main purpose of the job
Managing multiple end to end recruitment campaigns for Finance, Marketing, HR, estates, procurement, legal and Technology Departments within to ensure an efficient, cost effective and compliant recruitment process.
Use recruitment tools and technology to deliver a diverse applicant pool.
Proactively generating applicants through various search methodologies.
Deliver a value-added service which improves the way we recruit talent, reducing time to hire and cost per hire.
Focusing on delivering an exceptional hiring manager and candidate experience.
Duties and responsibilities.
Managing end to end recruitment requirements to agreed metrics utilising defined systems and processes in line with policies including, but not limited to, the Recruitment Policy.
Working with hiring managers to agree hiring plan for each role including defining times for shortlisting and interviews, advertising and routes to market strategy, social media engagement (e.g Linked In), and assessment.
Proactively sourcing candidates using job boards, agencies, meet ups, social media platforms, internet research, referrals, general headhunting, community groups and other innovative methods to attract the best possible candidates for our roles efficiently and cost effectively.
Supporting hiring managers by pre-screening applicants and informing shortlist.
Producing shortlist and interview packs for interview panels.
Managing offer processes.
