Elevation Recruitment Group are currently recruiting a Finance Director for a London-based not-for-profit organisation that work with clients all across the world. This role will be primarily remote with travel to the head office location in London.
Benefits include: -
Salary: £55,000 to £62,000 p.a. (Dependent on experience)
Holidays: 25 days + stats (Increasing to 30 days after 5 years service)
Extra day off for your birthday
Pension: Up to 6% employer contribution
This will a key and varied role within the organisation with duties to include: -
Manage the efficient and effective running of the finance department from start to finish, leading the finance team
Lead on the strategic development of financial planning
Providing responsive reporting and adaptive forecasting to the CEO and the SLT
Being an active member of the Senior Leadership Team and the charity’s Board of Trustees
The Person
CIMA/ ACCA/ ACA Qualified (Qualified by Experience will also be considered)
Substantial experience at a managerial level
Ability to motivate and lead a team
Possess strong strategic planning skills
Have a good understanding of key charity accounting
Good IT skills (Ideally Sage Line 50 and Advanced Excel)
Budgeting and forecasting experience
Self motivated and proactive
