Job Title: Customer Service Administrator
Location: Watford
Description: Our client, a thriving logistics company, is currently seeking an experienced Customer Service Administrator to join the business on a permanent basis.
Key Duties:
· Act as the first point of contact for all incoming client calls
· Coordinate with partners and suppliers to resolve client issues
· Track both domestic and international shipments, keeping clients informed of delivery statuses
· Organise carrier collections and imports
· Review and address discrepancy shipping reports
· Order stationery and supplies for clients
Key Skills/Experience Required:
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Team player with the ability to build relationships with external contacts
· Detail-oriented and conscientious
· Capable of multitasking effectively
· Excellent telephone etiquette and administrative skills
· Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous
