This role offers a competitive salary of £30-40K with an OTE of 45-60k (up to 50% on top of the basic).
Role Overview:
As a Customer Success Manager, you will be the voice of the customer within the company, ensuring that all issues and opportunities are swiftly and professionally addressed. You will manage and expand relationships with key stakeholders, including C-suite and department heads. This role requires a customer-focused approach, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage key accounts and be the proactive representative of customers

Collaborate with company Account Managers to achieve revenue targets

Ensure customer retention and satisfaction through regular review meetings and issue resolution

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders

Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities and manage smaller deals

Create and execute account development plans
Ideal Candidate:
- The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer success or account management in a tech/digital/SaaS field, with a proven ability to build rapport across multiple seniority levels and departments. Strong CRM admin and reporting skills, preferably with Salesforce, are essential.
