Business Development Manager Job Description:
Interaction are working alongside a leading Beauty and Natural Skincare brand looking to welcome two experienced Business Development Managers to join their growing team. The successful candidate will spend their time out in the field, expanding the business’ presence in the North and driving sales with both new and existing clients. A passion for the industry is key to this role, as well as previous sales experience within either Beauty, Skincare, or a similar industry. Business Development Manager Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Identify and capitalise on new business opportunities within the northern territory.
Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective promotional campaigns.
Business Development Manager Requirements:
Proven experience in sales, preferably within the cosmetic retail industry.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A keen interest in beauty and cosmetics.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and a results-oriented mindset.
Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar client-facing role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams to meet client expectations.
Results-oriented with a track record of achieving revenue targets.
Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
