Work as Deputy Nurse Manager for a nursing and dementia nursing / residential home in Southport. We are looking for an experienced RMN or RGN Clinical Lead / Nurse Deputy for a full time, permanent position, working 40 hours per week. The role is mainly supernumery – Monday to Friday -with flexibility required to cover shifts if needed / occasional weekends if required. The salary is £53,000+, plus a £1000 joining bonus.

You will be managing a team of Nurses and Care staff, assisting the Home Manager in running the service, training and coaching staff, and ensuring high standards of care are adhered to.
