Elevation Recruitment Group HR now have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR Advisor for a fixed term contract until March 2025.
This is a key role that will focus on a caseload of employee relations cases, supporting managers with recommendations and guidance.
Key responsibilities include;
Providing effective support, guidance and advice to managers and staff on a wide variety of HR matters, including employee relations, policy, processes and recruitment.
Advise and coach managers on the application and interpretation of HR policies and procedures
Support the management of complex employee cases including disciplinary, grievance, performance management and attendance management
We would be keen to speak to candidates with the following:
CIPD or equivalent in experience
HR experience at an Advisory level, with experience of employee relations and up to date knowledge of Employment Law
Experienced at using HR databases
