Our client is a leading, established firm specialising in the movement of vehicles, dedicating themselves on exceptional service catering to a diverse group of customers. We are seeking an experienced customer service representative to contribute to their continued success.
The Role
The Customer Service Representative plays a key role in maintaining a great relationship with current and new customers and ensuring that their experience with the company is positive. The successful candidate will have a positive attitude to work and loves talking to people from all walks of life.
Your duties will include:
Building customer relationships
Experience using Word and Excel
Respond to customer calls and emails within good timing.
Dealing and resolving customer queriesWe are looking for a candidate who has:
Great written and verbal communication skills.
Accurate attention to detail
Can deal well with working under pressure.
Their own transport and a valid driving license.Benefits
Hours: 8:30 – 5:30 with 1 hour lunch break
Shift: Monday to Friday
Salary: £26,000
