Accounts Assistant required to support the Finance team with Accounts Payable, dealing with enquiries and tasks in a timely and efficient manner.
Duties will be :
● To share responsibility for Accounts Receivable and to ensure that daily
communications are monitored and answered.
● To oversee general cash management, including banking and related queries,
ensuring that amounts and records are correct.
● Undertaking administrative support to Management Accountants and clerical tasks
to support where appropriate.
● Recording and filing cash transactions
● Assisting with month-end processes where appropriate.
Main duties and responsibilities
● You will be the first point of contact for all related enquiries.
● Maintaining strong relationships with suppliers.
