WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Previous experience in a similar role, ideally with a prestige brand.

Excellent customer service skills.

Reliability and focus.

Ability to perform well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Strong team player with excellent attention to detail.
-
Initiative-driven with experience in communicating with Senior Management.

Service Advisor background is desirable but not essential.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Handle all inbound service calls for our service centres, focusing on service bookings and other related enquiries

Conduct outbound calls for promotions, seasonal campaigns, service follow-ups, and other service-related communications.

Maximise revenue for our service departments by upselling products and services and effectively handling customer objections.
