The Recipe
The TLC Advisor primarily provides co-ordination and administration support for all TLC/Learning & Development activities and processes, as well as designing and maintaining TLC collateral and resources. The TLC Advisor will also carry out activities (or develop capability to carry out activities) in all areas of the Learning Cycle.
The Role
Coordination of Development Courses: Coordinate national and centre-specific management development and other courses, including booking, assessments, administering tools (360/EQI/MBTI), managing waitlists, invites, communications, venue arrangements, and feedback collection.
Administrative Services: including managing the Ticketing System, TLC email, LearningHub, HomeGrown, Educational Sponsorship, and Learning Agreements including learning clawbacks. Diary management, team meeting co-ordination including the management, collation and monitoring of actions.
Apprentice Agreement Administration: Manage application forms, DAS management, and liaise with People Services.
LMS Coordination: Administer and co-ordinate as an instructor and/or Learning Admin. Set up classes, assign items, record learning history etc.
Collateral Design: Design materials to support TLC projects, processes, and events.
Budget Coordination: Manage the TLC budget; provide advice to centre functions on external spend, set up new suppliers, raise/approve POs, track spend, and liaise with finance colleagues to monitor and report
HR Knowledge Base Maintenance: Maintain the HR Knowledge base platform, producing guides and content related to TLC processes.
Collaboration with TLC Advisor (Next Gen & Centre Partner) & TLC BPs (to support all areas of the learning cycle. Essential Ingredients
