Client Services Manager
Up to £35,000
Office Hours- Stoke Based (meetings could be out of Stoke)
We are looking for a Client Services Manager- Reporting into the Client Services Director. You will manage a team of two Client Services Executives.
As Client Services Manager you will be the relationship manager for your portfolio of clients, overseeing day-to-day activity, performance, SLA adherence and quality, as well as acting as client stakeholder to the wider business.
The key responsibilities include:

Develop open and effective channels of communication with each Client and build strong working relationships

Provide every client with an excellent service from start to finish

Understand the individual needs of our clients in order to effectively manage

Hold regular client review meetings to ensure client satisfaction and excellent delivery of service

Provide regular performance reports and analyse results by monitoring KPIs with the aim of looking for ways to enhance our performance

Attend new business and existing client meetings to deliver presentations and reports

Continuously improve Client service procedures, policies, and standards for the organisation

Ensure all clients are contacted on a regular basis

Providing internal stakeholders including Board with regular updates on clients including performance
