DCS are currently recruiting for a Contracts Manager to join a North West based fit out contractor, with projects UK Wide.
The contracts manager's primary objective is to oversee all aspects of contract management on a variety of projects from the point of contract acquisition to client handover.
You will be expected to have a clear commercial knowledge. You should be proficient at creating and editing programs, as well as being able to assist in the tendering process at any stage.
Proven track record of delivering fit out projects
Extensive fit out experience
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Commercial/Residential experience - variations, valuations, tendering
The contracts manager should have worked in previous roles of which management of staff and documentation was a key role, including an on to detail and the ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Requirements
CSCS (Black) NVQ Level 6 or above
SMSTS
Working Hours Monday - Friday - 45 hours weekly
