Scope of the post
We are currently recruiting for a Tax Administrator to join our dynamic and highly proactive OMP team. Our Tax Administrator will play a crucial role in assisting clients with VAT registration and ensuring a seamless transition to our tax filing software.
This position requires excellent customer service skills and attention to detail to support clients effectively.
Key Accountabilities
- Guide clients through the VAT registration process.
- Ensure smooth onboarding to our tax filing software.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Assisting with filing VAT returns in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy, and not incurring penalties.
- Raising issues/concerns with our software and providing ideas on department service improvement.
- Update appropriate software and keep internal CRM systems updated.
- Collaborate with the team in a positive manner.
