Finegreen are currently supporting a large organisation in the West Midlands, currently going through a period of change they need some additional support around senior facilities management and contracts related.
Key responsibilities will include:
Working with the Assistant Director of Estates and Facilities, this person will hold specialist knowledge in the area of Facilities Management/Soft FM;
Supporting the senior management team in a time of change for the organisation;
Responsible for looking at the existing services within the FM, playing a key role in planning ahead for the potential retendering of service provision for the organisation;
Lead on a project and groundwork related for the renewal of the CAFM helpdesk;
Supporting the senior management team with the leadership of operational teams within the organisation through a period of change.
The ideal candidate will have:
Extensive experience working at senior level within operational management of Facilities/Soft FM services, ideally within education or wider public sector;
Proven track record of managing change within an organisation;
Knowledge of CAFM and how this should operate within an organisation;
A thorough understanding of outsourced services for FM within a large organisation, also the retendering processes related.
