Our client is currently recruiting for an experienced Automotive Customer Service Advisor with previous experience to join their ever expanding business.

Monday to Friday 8:00am - 5:30pm

Saturdays on a rota basis

Hourly rate from £12.91 per hour plus bonus up to £42,500 OTE

Key Tasks of a Service Advisor:
-
Meeting and greeting customers to a 5* customer service.

Answering the telephone & dealing with customer enquiries.
-
Liaising with the technical workshop to keep track of the vehicles’ progress and ensuring the vehicle is ready for the time that the customer requested.

Keeping the customer updated throughout the time the car is with us.

Managing service bookings walk-ins and recoveries.

Keeping updated with product knowledge.

Creating job packs and other admin duties.

Invoicing customers and taking payments.
Requirement of a Service Advisor

3+ years of Automotive Customer Service Advisor experience required as a minimum

Must have full driving licence held for a minimum of 6 months with fewer than 9 penalty points

Experience in up selling products is beneficial but not essential
-
Must have a excellent understanding ot Microsoft and Outlook packages
-
Customer skills must be to a high standard and able to deal and manage difficult situations when requied
