The Role
On a daily basis you’ll be responding to telephone and email orders and inquiries from internal and external contacts. You'll ensure orders are processed correctly and efficiently, troubleshoot to meet customer expectations, and source parts based on information provided by engineers.
The role also involves coordinating with third-party suppliers to secure the best prices and delivery times. Additionally, you will update the database with precise notes, raise quotations from preferred suppliers, and assist with pricing and part numbering to fulfil orders.
