Main Responsibilities:
Recruit & Reactivate Customers: Meet budget goals within our allowable costs per acquisition.
Media & Traffic Management: Own all traffic-driving tactics and implement best practices across Influencer, Partnership, Social, and Paid teams.
Budget Optimisation: Ensure all media budgets are effectively allocated.
Gifting Programme Management: Innovate through test and learn processes.
Strategy & KPIs: Develop and review internal vs external strategies with clear KPIs for board-level communication.
Measurement Model Development: Create a model to understand each media channel's contribution to sales.
Stay Updated: Keep abreast of eCommerce, media, and measurement best practices through training and research.
Team Collaboration: Work effectively with Product, Brand, Marketing, Trading, Operations, Tech, and Finance teams.Your Experience:
Extensive knowledge of Customer Acquisition within a brand-led business.
Proven experience in scaling eCommerce businesses and managing marketing budgets.
Track record in managing retail marketing in the US market is a plus.
Demonstrable experience in managing relationships and challenging results.
Prior experience with high-growth fashion/apparel brands is preferable.
Experience managing influencer marketing strategies is advantageous.About You
Strong understanding of Meta, Google, and TikTok advertising platforms and tools.
Highly commercial with strong analytical skills to influence decisions.
