Reporting to the National Field Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the delivery of new business & regional customer base growth revenue against targets, providing technical and commercial knowledge to deliver excellent customer focus in line with the strategic direction of the business. This role will be based in Central East.
Your main duties will be to achieve total revenue & growth business targets on a monthly & annual basis, deliver & promote new service offerings as arising, driving new & existing customer sales for the Treatment Division, directly manage and grow the allocated ‘top 20’ regional accounts, deliver incoming waste to meet volume requirements of existing/new processes and routes, develop & maintain excellent internal relationships with Operations, Technical Sales and Finance teams as critical stakeholders in the sales process. You will work closely with the Internal Sales Team (CSEs) to maximise opportunities for the Group, including performing site visits to support internal sales as required, prepare, and submit timely monthly sales report to include all sales generated and market intelligence, research, identify and develop new potential customers & market opportunities and work with key stakeholders for the response to bids and tenders.
To qualify for this exciting role, its essential that you have previous experience of technical waste sales within the hazardous and non-hazardous waste industry, experience of negotiating with customers and suppliers, a proven track record of sales growth against targets and experience of sales performance metrics. A HNC or above in Chemistry is a distinct advantage as well experience of SAP
