Sales Support Coordinator

The Company:
A well-established engineering company who are an innovative manufacturer supplying a variety of industries on a global scale
Main duties:
Working in a fast-paced environment, you will provide administration support to the sales team
The Role:
- To respond to customer enquiries and ensure communication is kept up to date
- To produce quotes and process orders
- Follow up on quotes and orders ensuring customer requirements are met and delivered timeously
- Liaise with internal departments as required
- To ensure accurate pricing is achieved
- Attend meetings as needed and required
The Candidate:
- Fluent in either French or Spanish is beneficial but not a requirement
- Administration / Sales support experience a plus
- IT literate especially word and excel
- Excellent communication skills
- Team player with excellent time management skills
