Position Overview:
This role is ideal for a skilled and dynamic Technical Business Analyst to bridge the gap between our clients business objectives and technological solutions, ensuring the successful implementation of projects to enhance our client’s telecom services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
- Analyse and interpret business needs and translate them into technical specifications.
- Conduct gap analysis to identify areas for improvement.
- Work closely with development teams to design solutions that meet business requirements.
- Create detailed functional and technical specifications for proposed solutions.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Analyse data to support business decision-making and identify trends and insights.
- Work with data teams to ensure data integrity and consistency across systems.
- Create comprehensive documentation for systems and processes.
- Conduct training sessions for end-users and support teams to ensure smooth adoption of new systems.
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration to ensure mutual understanding and agreement.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Technical Business Analyst, preferably in the telecoms industry.
- Strong understanding of telecom systems, networks, and technologies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
