What you'll be doing:
Incident and Request Management for CAD services
End user CAD Toolset Support
Development, Integration, Testing, Certification and Deployment of new and updated CAD toolsets
Managing and reporting against Security Incidents (vulnerability remediation)
Supporting Licence Renewal, Purchasing, Hosting and Utilisation Monitoring activities
Transitioning services into a defined service model via Operational Readiness Reviews (ORR)
Access Management (through "in app" configuration or Active Directory)
Infrastructure Monitoring
Hardware evaluation, testing and monitoring
Creating and Maintaining Stakeholder Lists and supporting communication exercises
IT Governance to ensure that services in scope of the role follow set IT and security policies
Your skills and experiences:
Ability to operate independently to investigate and resolve issues as they rise
Wide ranging experience of CAD applications, installations, and configurations (primarily Siemens NX and CATIA)
