We are a well-established recruitment company based in Bury. Due to a period of growth we are looking for a motivated and detail-orientated Junior Resourcer / Recruiter to join the team.
As a Recruitment Resourcer, you will play a critical role in supporting our permanent recruitment division by identifying, attracting, and engaging top talent within the Lighting and electrical sectors.
Responsibilities:
• Candidate Sourcing: Utilise various channels such as job boards, social media, and our internal database to source high-quality candidates.
• Screening and Interviewing: Conduct initial candidate interviews to assess suitability for specific roles.
• Database Management: Maintain and update our candidate database, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
• Job Advertising: Create and post compelling job advertisements on multiple platforms to attract potential candidates.
• Client Liaison: Support recruitment consultants in liaising with clients to understand their specific needs and requirements.
• Networking: Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and industry professionals through networking and attending industry events.
• Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the recruitment team, including scheduling interviews and coordinating candidate communications.
Requirements:
• Experience: A background in sales or account management would be highly desirable. Any customer service or customer-facing experience will also be considered.
• Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with both candidates and clients. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Technology: Proficiency in using recruitment software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Attitude: Positive, proactive, and results-driven with a strong work ethic.
