Daniel Owen are currently recruiting for a Temporary contract Administrator for one of our Global Facilities Management Companies.
To Effective co ordinate financial and administrative functions for the Contract Management Team. To Manage data input, payroll hours, stock management, SAP, purchase orders and any other financial functions required to enable the monitoring and accurate accounting of the profit and loss account.
To Manage the administrative elements the contract including memos, QA reports, client reports, coordinating diaries, marketing and merchandising and other administrative requirements.
The contract and finance administrator will also be responsible for subcontractors and help desk administration ensuring information is recorded, complied and provided on time to client.
Coordinate financial and administrative functions for the Contract Management Team, including data input, payroll, stock management, SAP, purchase orders, and administrative tasks.
This is a Monday to Friday role :- 8:30 to 5:00pm
Main Duties:
Manage financial systems (SAP, Time gate), purchase orders, stock data, help desk administration, and produce management reports.
Support HR functions and manage contract fleet and communication systems.
Qualifications & Skills:
Degree level education
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Power BI
Experience with large contracts
Strong time management and organisational skills
Knowledge of SAP and Time gate is desirable
