BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER ***
We have an immediate opening for a highly motivated and driven Business Development Manager with a natural flair for increasing and driving business growth You will play a crucial role within the company working from a bespoke CRM system of cold, warm and hot sales leads resulting in driving the company's growth and success.
This office-based role requires a proactive individual with confident communication skills and a passion for sales.
Salary c.£30-35K depending on experience + commission
Key responsibilities for the Business Development Manager include;
Uncover potential opportunities from prospective clients
Identify suitable leads
Contact key decision makers using social selling tools and techniques
Successfully book client meetings
Take an accurate and full project brief from clients
Work towards agreed key objectives, KPI's and targets
Record relevant information onto an internal CRM, tracking every opportunity through the sales cycleThe ideal Business Development Manager will need,
Previous office based sales, business development or appointment setting experience
Have a professional, confident and persuasive telephone manner
