IN2Consult are working with a professional services company based in the Hounslow area who are on the lookout for an Accounts Assistant to join their team. They are offering up to £30,000 pa & two days of hybrid working per week. Please see below the responsibilities & beneficial skills -
Responsibilities -
Bank reconciliation for all client accounts
Monthend reconciliations
Opening and closing of client accounts
Payment request on online banking system
Payment request actioned within client SLA
Excel cashbook updated
Transactions posted to system
Reporting of client accounts account balance to operations
Revaluation of client accounts
Client accounts reconciliation on a monthly basis
Resolving queries in timely manner
Liaising with operations and banks when necessary
Working on improvements for efficiency
Other ad-hoc duties as and when required
Beneficial Skills
Excellent communication skills
Good MS Excel skills
At least two years experience in a similar role
