We are working with an international company, assisting with the hiring of an Export Administrator.
The successful candidate will be a key member of the team, working to provide a high level of service for our Export customers.
Duties include:

Processing of Export orders via SAP ensuring correct stock allocation

Raising or applying for country specific certificates, whilst assuring full attention to detail is applied.

Shipping of orders through Freight Agents, deciding the most appropriate modes of shipment, and considering time and temperature sensitive goods

Dealing with letter of credits and compiling export reports analysis where required.

Providing professional and timely communication to International Customers, providing details of their orders, shipments and providing responses to any enquiries that may arise.

Liaising with internal support departments such as Planning, Supply Chain, Quality, Warehousing etc, and external agencies including several Government Sectors, Freight Forwarders and Banks etc.
To be considered:
You need to have the experience and the understanding of cultural differences, previous experience of working in International Trade or work within a Customer Service environment would be beneficial.

Excellent communicator both laterally within the organisation and externally and have the ability to work using initiative whilst working as apart of a team.

Strong customer service experience within a corporate environment

Export experience would be an advantage.

SAP and excel would be a strong advantage.
