Anderson Knight are working exclusively with a client in West Lothian to appoint a Senior HR Adviser.
As a Senior HR Adviser, you will be at the heart of the company's HR operations, providing comprehensive generalist support to the business. You’ll be involved in all aspects of HR, from employee relations to talent management, ensuring that HR policies and practices align with the strategic objectives of the business.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide expert advice and guidance on HR policies, procedures, and employment law.

Manage employee relations cases, including disciplinary, grievance, and performance management processes.

Support the recruitment and onboarding process to attract and retain top talent.

Develop and implement HR initiatives that support business goals, including training and development programs.

Work closely with managers to identify and address employee engagement and retention strategies.

Oversee the management of HR data and reporting, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.

Contribute to the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives that foster a positive workplace culture.
About You:
To be successful in this role, you will need:

Proven experience in a generalist HR role

Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build strong relationships at all levels of the organisation.

Experience in managing complex employee relations cases.

A proactive approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

CIPD qualification (Level 5 or above) or equivalent experience is desirable.
