Job Title: Contracts Administrator
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 based on experience
Location: Potters Bar
Skilled Careers are currently working with an award winning multi disciplined building services and construction company who are currently looking for a Contracts Administrator on a permanent basis.
You will operate within the Construction Department on a Social Housing Refurb scheme, you will play a key role in the successful execution of contracts and project administration within a dynamic industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Preparing, reviewing, and managing contracts and associated documentation.
Monitoring project timelines, budgets, and milestones to ensure compliance with contractual terms.
Coordinating with project managers, clients, and subcontractors to resolve any contractual issues or discrepancies.
Maintaining detailed records of contracts, correspondence, and other relevant documents.
Assisting in the preparation of project bids and proposals.
Ensuring all contract-related information is up-to-date and accurately reflected in the company’s database.
Supporting the finance department with billing and invoicing related to contract terms.
Providing general administrative support to the project management team.
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in contract administration, preferably within the construction industry.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with contract management software.
A proactive and problem-solving attitude.
Knowledge of construction terminology and processes is an advantage.
