As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the retail fit-out of a shopping centre. You will have to oversee the day-to-day running of the project and be expected to carry out all typical duties, including:

Managing day-to-day site operations.

Be the point of contact between contractor and client.

Implementing work practices such as Job Safety Assessments, Risk Analysis, Safety Audits, Security Protocols, and Critical Safety Audits.

Ensuring timely material requisitions to avoid delays and secure the best commercial terms.

Collaborating with contractors to address safety inefficiencies and implement additional programs and processes.

Attending Design Team Meetings to provide input into the design process and contribute to build-ability discussions, Health and Safety, or process improvement.
