Business Support Administrator – min 6-month temp assignment (opportunity exists for role to go permanent)
£20-22 per hour (experience dependent) + hybrid working pattern + collaborative & supportive global Business environment
A global pharmaceutical organisation is looking to engage with a Business Support Administrator, who ideally has experience working in a pharmaceuticals / global Healthcare business environment.
Business Support Administrator key responsibilities include;

Support Business Unit Leads & team with general administrative tasks as and when required.

Update & coordinate information / details on internal contract management system.

Manage the interactive client portal, ensuring client details are accurate & contracts uploaded correctly.

Escalate any issues or queries that may arise.

Liaise regularly with other departments including Finance, Marketing, Sales and Medical teams on approval process for client contracts.

Project management.
-
Raise invoices & POs; support with meetings & events.
Business Support Administrator profile;

A Degree or similar level qualification / work experience

Experience in a busy, commercial administrative support role, ideally in Pharmaceutical / Healthcare environment.

Technically proficient in MS Office, good with systems that might include SalesForce, SAP, CRM etc

Contract management / compliance process experience advantageous.

A proactive, tenacious and flexible approach to work; detail-orientated & accurate.

Confident communication skills, building and developing key business relationships.
