£30,000 - £60,000 basic (depending on experience), car allowance, and benefits

Role responsibilities

Identify new business opportunities

Foster long-standing client relationships

Ensure sustained growth of the company

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless client experiences

Regularly assess and report on progress, adjusting strategies as needed

Strong communication and negotiation skills to reach sales targets
Qualifications/Experience

Ideally, come from print and packaging background (Not compulsory)

Proven experience as a Business Development Manager

Track record of reaching or exceeding revenue and sales targets

Project management experience
Package / Remuneration:
The remuneration package offered at this stage is subject to the experience of the candidate, but will likely include the following:
Basic Salary: Between £30,000 - £60,000
