Operational Support Administrator
Exeter
Are you an experienced Administrator with an ability to offer a diverse and varied range of support to a busy division?
This is a fast paced role, offering operational and administrative support to the region, including document control.
Duties will include…..

General administrative duties such as typing correspondence, reports, spreadsheets, memos, emails and diary management

Upload documents and drawing to company database in order to distribute within the business, sub-contractors and clients

Collate ad-hoc project reports as and when required
-
Collation of training records, documentation and other documents to support project KPI’s.

Organise events, site visits and community engagement activities.

Other adhoc administrative support duties as instructed by the management team
Suitable candidates must possess the following:
-
Must be able to produce accurately typed documents
-
Must be an advanced Administrator, with the ability to complete tasks with confidence and in a timely manner

Must be an intermediate user of all Microsoft applications (Word, Powerpoint, Excel & Outlook)
In return:

Salary ranging from £25,000-£30,000 depending on experience and qualifications.

This is an office based role, full time in Exeter (8.30am-5pm).
