I am currently working with a Housing Association based in Great London who are looking for a Senior Planner to join their team on a permanent basis.
In this role you’ll:

Lead your team’s performance through regular one to ones, coaching and reviews.

Support the team to deliver a high-performing customer focused service and guide them to make appointments.

Work at pace to ensure the team deliver the service’s goals and targets within agreed turnaround times.

Report on and analyse operative performance data in order to identify problems, trends, and develop and implement innovative and new ways of working that put our customers at the heart of our services and drive performance.

Report on work in progress and own responses in relation to this.

Work closely with other teams to identify works that require a more focused approach and ensure materials are available.

Work collaboratively with other teams to address and resolve job related issues such as missed appointments, always keeping the customer updated along the way.

Monitor job completion times and appointments kept, identifying volume changes and taking action where appropriate

Analyse and respond to exception reports, making sure any issues are communicated to relevant teams and corrective action is taken
We’re looking for someone with experience of:

Managing a team that delivers exceptional standards of customer service and successful outcomes on projects.

Investigating, evaluating and responding to situations quickly.

Experience of project development and management.

Using IT systems proficiently including Word, Excel,databases and email.
