Sytner Group is looking for motivated and committed Telesales Parts Advisors to join our outstanding Trade Parts Telesales team. Our central Trade Telesales operation is based out of our dedicated Trade Parts Centre in Hendon, London. However remote working can be available for the right candidates.
As a Mercedes-Benz Trade Parts Telesales Advisor, you will demonstrate a 'One Team' approach, and communicate effectively with existing and new potential customers. In this position, you will be the initial touchpoint for inbound and/or outbound sales enquiries over the phone, by email and via WebParts and you will support the delivery of a best-in-class service to our customers by understanding their parts requirements and needs.
Mercedes-Benz Trade Parts Telesales Advisors work a variety of flexible patterns which can typically include Saturday mornings to ensure we provide our customers with the highest possible levels of service.
Key responsibilities in this role include:
Using the relevant questioning techniques, understand the customers' needs and communicating with all customers professionally.
Deliver the required output in line with business KPI's, contributing positively to the overall company performance
Maintain a good working knowledge of current product and sales campaigns across the Mercedes-Benz product range and communicate this effectively to our customers as appropriate
Positively contribute to minimising missed calls through efficient call handling whilst still providing exceptional customer service at all times.
Positively contribute to creating a dynamic and fun working environment.
Fully comply with all GDPR and other regulatory obligations as required by the business
Ideally you will demonstrate a professional curiosity necessary to maintain an up to date understanding of our products and services and be able to share that with our customers
Undertake any other duties reasonably requested
About You
Ideally, you will have the following skills:
Articulate and excellent communicator
A passion for delivering exceptional customer service
Inbound and/or outbound telesales experience
Able to multi-task and use own initiative
Able to maintain a calm demeanour during busy periods
Comfortable speaking to customers via the phone and able to adjust tone to individual customers whilst always maintaining a professional but friendly approach
