Contracts Manager – Social Housing
North London; Must be willing to commute around the Home Counties
Up to £70,000 + Car/Allowance and Benefits
TSR have a fantastic opportunity for a Contracts Manager who is looking to progress to Operations Manager. You will have previous experience of Social Housing, managing a Team / Teams. Being a ‘Team player’ and operational experience including PNL’s.
Projects; a mixture of Planned Maintenance; Internal refurbishment, EWI, Loft Insulation, Damp & Mould.
The Contracts Manager;
Ensure the delivery of the projects within the budget and time scales specified
Experience as a Contracts Manager delivering social housing / planned maintenance projects
Focus on the motivation of the workforce to deliver on time and to budget
Focus on quality, customer service and deliver
Driving profitability of the contract to include pricing and delivering extra works
Client and tenant customer satisfaction
Process Management
Management of the customer
Have an understanding of the financials on the contract
Customer liaison skills
