Taskmaster Resources LTD is pleased to be recruiting an experienced Customer Service Advisor for our client based in Sheffield.
The company is a well-established supplier and manufacturer of aromatherapy and cosmetic products.
This is a temp to perm position working from Monday to Friday 08:00 -16:30.
Pay rate: £11.53 p/hr
Responsibilities:

Prioritise the Customer Service tasks

Print and process orders for customers

Ensure orders are picked in rotation of date order

Ensuring orders match up before processing
-
General administration duties; providing quotes, completing invoices and processing payments

Dealing with queries over the phone, chat and email
-
Providing excellent customer service
The Right candidate will have :
-
Previous experience within warehouse/production administrator role is beneficial

Can Do Attitude

Be detailed oriented
-
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written and over the phone

Able to work on own initiative
