Project Manager – Slough, Berkshire– Industrial Warehouse
Our client is a main-contractor who are moving onto a new phase of there industrial warehouse project, and they are looking for a Project Manager to deliver project in Slough.
Important details for a Project Manager applying for this role:
Project Manager will be expected to:

Monitor and update the build programme on regular basis

Coordinate/ book all trades

Ensure trades are performing to program and to highest standard
-
Order/ request ordering of materials, fixtures and fittings

Liaise with us and architect on any design /site issues that need resolving

Keep on top of design changes requested by buyers
-
Responsible for delivering the project on budget and on time. We are aiming to have the development completed by the end of July with perhaps only snagging remaining.
