Contracts Manager responsibilities:

Planning and co-ordination of works
-
Preparation of annual PPM
-
To ensure that health and safety risks are managed by sub-contractors

Manage Engineers and all staff associated with the contract

Preparation of financial budgets
Contracts Manager required experience:
-
Previous experience of planing and prepare annual programme of works

Previous experience of the building trade
-
Experience within the Access Control / CCTV sector
