Working for this Legal Technology company as a Customer Support Consultant, you’ll ensure customer satisfaction by ensuring regular check ins are completed. This role is mixture of inbound and outbound calling.
Salary - £23,500
Location – Woking (Hybrid once passed probation, 2 days from home)
Role Type – Permanent / Full Time / Mon-Fri / 9-5:30

The Role
You’ll support client inquiries to ensure the completion of all services provided. You’ll resolve queries and log all support call data on the internal CRM system. You’ll also coordinate with various data providers and local authorities to gain valuable information for clientele.
Full training will be provided which includes classroom learning on occasion. This is a great opportunity to learn a new skill and begin a career within the legal / property industry.
