Salary: Up to £27000 depending upon experience
Hours: Mon – Friday, 9am – 5pm (Full Time, Permanent.)
Are you an experienced Administrator?
Do you have either drainage, FM, Engineering or building services experience managing engineers?
Attega Group is currently working with a medium-sized company who are a leading company in the Drainage and Pump Industry, in their search for an Administrator.
The role is general administration as well as allocating the correct engineering resource to each pre-planned maintenance job task, to address any amendments that may be required, to track confirm jobs ahead of the week in-which they are due, and to follow-up with the engineers for pre-planned maintenance job completion ensuring all records are collated.
In return, our client is offering a basic salary of up to £27,000 P/A and various company benefits.
Duties for this role will include:
Updating the CRM systems
Managing the shared inbox and answering telephone calls
Allocation of Engineers to the correct job and obtaining feedback at every opportunity.
Provide the Operations Manager with weekly & monthly updates on KPI’s.
Engaging with various stakeholders internally across the Group and externally with clients.
General administration duties.
The ideal candidate:
Experienced Administrator
B2B background
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong organisational and administrative skills.
It would also be ideal for this candidate to have a full UK driving license
