My client is looking for a Business Implementation/Operations lead to help them embed a new platform across the organisation.
Acting as the SME, you will support continuous improvement and development, as well as ensuring Operations colleagues are maximising the use of the platform and adhering to Standard Operating Procedures.
The Operations Lead will also support the delivery of a new HR/People platform across the business.
This is not a technical role and would suit someone from an operations/business background that has been involved in the implementation or onboarding of new systems/platforms previously, ideally within NHS or healthcare but not essential.
Role & Responsibilities, including but not limited to;

Support the implementation of the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) ensuring colleagues across the Services understand and are following the SOPs

Provide training for staff ensuring they have the skills and working knowledge of the platform to successfully apply the SOPs

Be the main point of contact for the user base providing day to day support to resolve issues and queries.

Maintain the Training Space on Teams updating training materials as required

Be the main point of contact for the Supplier liaising with them regarding future development, changes, upgrades ensuring these are communicated to users in a timely manner

Work with colleagues, such as Operations’ Senior Leadership team, Clinical and Quality Assurance teams to ensure continues to evolve and meet the needs of the organisation.
You will need to have;

Previous experience of embedding or implementing a platform or system from a business perspective

Experience of working with 3rd parties

Strong stakeholder engagement skills

Experience of training is desirable

Ability to understand systems & platforms to act as an SME
This role can be based remotely but travel will be required across the UK
