Synapri are currently working with a leading Microsoft Gold Partnered consultancy to hire an 2nd Line Online Support Engineer to support a key client of theirs, a leading Magic Circle law firm.
This is a long term, Fixed Term Contract, running until June 2027.
Responsibilities:
- Device management across a mixed fleet of Windows, Mac and mobile devices (android, iOS)
- Deployment and maintenance of Entra ID, M365, OneDrive and SharePoint
- Printer and AV support
- Helpdesk and Incident management
- Ensure compliance with Cyber Essentials Plus standards
- Stakeholder management
Key Skills:
- 3+ years of 2nd Line Support experience
- Commutable 5 days per week to Central London
- Expertise in managing mixed Mac and Windows environments
- Ideally worked within a legal firm with exposure to legal industry-specific applications
- Great stakeholder management skills
