As a Shift Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of your shift, ensuring that our high standards for quality and efficiency are met. Your leadership will be key in driving performance, fostering a productive and engaged team, and contributing to our overall success.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Leadership: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the shift, ensuring efficient production and adherence to quality standards.
Performance Management: Monitor KPIs, set performance targets, review progress, and develop action plans to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve overall standards.
Communication: Effectively communicate goals, and ensure alignment with overall company objectives.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for improvement and implement strategies to drive continuous enhancement in processes.
Talent Development: Mentor and develop team members, providing coaching and guidance to foster professional growth.

Experience: Proven management experience within a large-scale food manufacturing operation.
Leadership: Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to drive results through team management.
Problem Solving: Effective problem-solving abilities with the capacity to make swift, impactful decisions.
Communication: Excellent communication skills and assertiveness to provide clear direction and feedback.
Work Ethic: A proactive attitude with a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence.
