I am working on behalf of an established care provider with a great reputation, they have care homes and domiciliary care branches across South London & Kent. This role is to dual manage two of their Domiciliary Care branches based in Bexley & Faversham.

The role:
To be CQC Registered Manager for two services
To oversee approx. 1800 hours of care per week
To ensure the business is fully compliant with CQC and maintains high level of quality
To build effective professional relationships and to promote the agency at external events
To ensure clients have care appropriate to their needs and maintain high standards of care and service
To manage, recruit and support staff ensuring they have training necessary for their role
To work closely with the Business Manager to focus on growth
Required competencies:
Experience within a home care setting at management level
Good knowledge of CQC regulations, preferably led a CQC inspection
Managerial experience
People management skills
