Our client is one of Bristol’s leading Construction, Lettings and Property Management groups. They are rapidly growing across the group and are looking for an additional hire to support across the 3 brands.
What the Office Administrator will be doing:

Lead and enquiry processing, coordinating and scheduling appointments and logging client details across systems

Office support including answering and directing phone calls, greeting visitors, meeting room set up etc.

Managing meeting room hire service

Reviewing office supplies levels and reordering
-
Support with organising company socials
-
Organising photographer site visits for work in progress and completed project imagery, liaising with clients for testimonials and reviews

Maintaining key supplier and subcontractor data base
-
Ad-hoc administrative requests support the finance and HR team
What the Office Administrator should bring:

Proven organisational skills
-
Customer services experience
-
Polite and confident telephone manner
-
Construction or lettings experience preferable
