Our client is looking for a Residential Conveyancing Admin Assistant to join their busy team in Hove. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, have excellent administrative skills and able to provide support to the fee.
Duties will include:
Admin tasks & assisting with various elements of the conveyancing process.
Supporting the fee earners.
Managing Land Registry applications, SDLT returns and post completion formalities.
Preparing bills and managing financial transactions with the finance department.
Opening and closing files.
Drafting and amending relevant documents.
Creating completion statements.
Desired skills:
Residential Conveyancing experience at least 1 years +.
Excellent time management
Good attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.
IT literate – Microsoft Word / Excel / Outlook / Digital Audio software / Case Management.
What they offer:
Full time hours: Monday – Friday with hybrid working available.
Salary according to experience: £20k - £28K.
