Job Summary:
To provide a complete, professional Human Resources Administration support service to the Human Resources Business Partner and HR department.
With a key focus on recruitment and onboarding along with general HR lifecycle administration and to act as the first point of contact to handle general HR enquiries face to face, by email and over the phone.
Your tasks will involve the following: -
Provide support to the HR Manager with HR Recruitment.
Drafting job descriptions, posting vacancies onto the inhouse system.
Develop and implement a HR strategy for all vacancies.
Liaise with internal managers to understand their needs.
Complete new starter and inductions across 2 sites (London).
Prepare contracts to send to successful candidates.
Process starters, leavers, probations, and promotion changes.
Conduct audits ensuring all legal documents are present and correct.
Provide monthly reports across the whole business.
Other ad hoc duties.
Additional Info
You will be CIPD qualified level 3 or above.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1.5 years experience in HR and ideally have some experience within recruitment
Good general education - English and Maths GCSE Grade C and above.
Salary £25-28K per annum
1 day working from home, 4 days in the office.
