Business Development Manager
£45,000 + Car + Bonus

Are you looking to work for a market leading business? A company that has established itself across the frozen, fresh and snacking channels who are looking to further develop their End user/QSR portfolio.
Key responsibilities include:
Driving growth across Foodservice, HORECA and QSR end users – seeking new business and accounts that align with the brand.
Creating and implementing an effective sales strategy for your customers, owning the P&L and identifying areas of opportunity for growth
Developing strong, mutually beneficial relationships with key stakeholders
Ensuring output is geared towards achieving key business objectives
Accountability for profit and loss for your specific business portfolio.
Working closely with product management, marketing and NPD teams delivering compelling customer specific propositions on product development.
Key attributes:
Experience and knowledge within the Food industry
Knowledge of the foodservice channel – specifically end users and HORECA accounts
Comfortable with presenting to national accounts and managing relationships
Strong communication and listening skills
Numbers driven, goal orientated, and sales motivated
Highly organised and time efficient
The ideal candidate will have growth experience, increasing exposure / listings within current customers whilst driving new client acquisition within Foodservice, HORECA and QSR channels.
